Help turn product questions into organized research, testing, and actionable findings. Work closely with the founder to coordinate validation, specialist input, and delivery follow-through.

  • Coordinate participant recruitment and research scheduling.
  • Organize interviews and usability testing.
  • Maintain research records, issue tracking, and delivery follow-up.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, prioritized recommendations.
  • Coordinate qualified specialist reviewers.
  • Prepare research summaries and launch-readiness documentation.

Research markets

The research program prioritizes Malaysia, with Pakistan as a secondary validation market, including Urdu and Roman Urdu.

These are research markets, not citizenship requirements for applicants.

Relevant experience

  • Product delivery, research operations, or applied user research.
  • Strong organization, synthesis, and written communication.
  • Experience coordinating independent specialists.
  • Thoughtful handling of culturally sensitive product questions.

Relevant market and language experience is valuable.

Scope of the role

The lead coordinates specialist expertise; they are not expected to substitute for qualified scholarly, safety, or technical reviewers.

Implementation is founder-led. This is not a developer or engineering role.
